By accessing the Services or opting in to messaging, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
About Prosperous Health
Prosperous Health is a California behavioral health management services organization. Information on our websites is for general informational purposes and does not create a provider–patient relationship. Clinical care is provided by licensed professionals and affiliated facilities. Always seek appropriate medical advice for health decisions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, or use the Services in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
SMS and text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive texts, you agree that Prosperous Health and our messaging providers may send you SMS messages related to the program you enrolled in (such as appointment reminders, care coordination, referral follow-up, and service updates).

Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Prosperous Health or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prosperous Health and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Governing law
