Jason Bergenfeld, MBA, MHA, serves as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Prosperous Health, where he helps lead enterprise growth, revenue development, strategic partnerships, service-line expansion and operational initiatives across the organization.

With more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, Jason’s background spans hospitals and health systems, behavioral health and addiction treatment, ambulatory networks, physician groups, post-acute care, wellness and healthcare technology. His work focuses on developing practical strategies that strengthen operations, expand access to care, improve referral pathways and support sustainable organizational growth.

At Prosperous Health, Jason works across clinical, operational and administrative teams to identify new revenue opportunities, develop and expand treatment services, strengthen hospital and physician relationships, improve admissions and intake processes, evaluate new markets and support facility development. His responsibilities also include payer and managed-care strategy, performance measurement, healthcare real estate evaluation and the continued growth of Prosperous Health’s integrated behavioral health network.

Jason collaborates closely with executive leadership, physicians, clinical teams, finance, admissions, operations, business development and technology professionals to turn strategic priorities into measurable results.
