Tyra Gascon is the Director of Administration for Prosperous Health, overseeing day-to-day administrative workflows, compliance documentation, and the patient-experience standards that hold across every facility in the network.
Tyra is responsible for translating clinical and executive priorities into operating reality — from intake and admissions infrastructure, to staffing coordination, to vendor and contract administration.
Her work is rooted in the conviction that operational discipline is itself a form of patient care.
